Joey  is a strong strategic thinker and excellent team leader with more than 10 years experience designing and delivering expense reducing, high performance information technology infrastructures. He is qualified in all facets of project life cycle, from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design through documentation, implementation, user training and maintenance.

He has proven his ability to build strong sales strategies and effective teams that deliver revenue. Joey is experienced in building and growing new businesses and turning around problem divisions.  

Joey is also the father of 2.5 year old twins. He enjoys to get out and find new parks in San Francisco with the twins and Brandon. He has complete in an Iron Man Triathlon and enjoys biking

Martin Konrad

Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder

Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder

Born and raised in Poland, he has over 15 years experience in the product design, having worked around the world, creating digital products for global brands such as Disney, GE or Sony.

In 2007 he founded an award winning design consultancy called Design Royale, with offices in Sydney and New York City. Design Royale was acquired in 2013 by Edelman Worldwide.

In 2015 Martin co-founded Shortlist, and moved to San Francisco the following year.

Martin is a father of two sons, loves cooking for his family, and hiking in the woods.

Maciej Szumocki

Maciej keeps Shortlist engineering team, whose role is to develop new features for our customers and make their data secure, efficient and constantly improving.

With previous job experience in multiple Silicon Valley companies, Maciej also make sure our product is always available, fast, and integrates well
with other services.

In free time, Maciej likes to play board games and read a lot of science fiction books.

Sid Dadlani

Sid Dadlani

VP of Workforce Solutions

Sid started his career in the British Army where he attended the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst. He commissioned into the Royal Engineers where his primary role was to solve complex problems on the battlefield.

Moving into Industry, Sid focused on Business Process Outsourcing. Working with clients to uncover the root cause of their business challenges and designing solutions to address them. His experience ranges from Supply Chain & Logistics outsourcing at UPS, Finance & Procurement outsourcing at Capgemini to Marketing & Communications services outsourcing at WLT. Sid is qualified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Process design and optimisation.

Sid has lived and worked abroad in several locations including, Germany, Cyprus, Nigeria, China, Hong Kongand New York. In 2015, he relocated back to London with his family and now enjoys spending time with his two young sons as they immerse themselves in full-time education and activities such as Taekwondo, Swimming and Rock Climbing.

Dylan comes from a background in solutions consulting with a core focus on workforce process optimization. Shifting focus from full-time employee (FTE) strategies leveraging HCM Cloud solutions at Oracle, to a more modern, total talent solutions approach, Dylan now oversees the implementation and growth of all Shortlist customers via the Customer Success team.

Though he was born and studied out in California, Dylan spent the last five years enjoying life in Boston and NYC before making his way back out west to SF.

He loves to spend most of his time with his wife trying to find the best burritos and beers in town

Ziemowit Slawinski

Ziemowit Slawinski

Head of Machine Learning/AI Solutions

Ziemowit is an AI researcher concentrated mostly on Deep Neural Networks. His expertise focuses on language modeling as well as computer language understanding, neural translation and language generation. Currently during his PhD in Neuroinformatics in the Nencki Experimental Biology Institute in Warsaw (Polish Academy of Science) he is trying to recreate more biological plausible artificial neural networks and investigates how signaling pathways inside the neuron leads to memory formation.
